1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and w99y ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the w99y brand.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

W99y reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by the user themselves to close their account.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If you wish to close your own account, please contact the w99y support team via live chat. Once the account is closed, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses with unmet requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to full KYC compliance.
